Tips for Effective Stretching
Listen to Your Body: Never push a stretch to the point of pain. Stretch gently and gradually, holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds.
Breathe Deeply: Focus on your breathing while stretching. Deep, slow breaths can help you relax and deepen your stretch.
Stay Consistent: Make stretching a regular part of your routine to see the best results. Consistency is key to reaping the benefits of stretching.
