It took me a few tries to really figure out how to bring my podcast idea for Refire to life, but I think I found my groove! I have reformatted the podcast to be One Question by Refire Fitness - where each episode dives into one burning question that we all face in life, fitness, and everything in between. No fluff, no BS—just real talk, real strategies, and, of course, a healthy dose of humour with a side of sarcasm, because well, I have to be me!
