Workout With Me Video: Lower Body


Here's a quick lower body workout - you can use weights if you have them but all moves can be done with just body weight!

Complete all moves - rest for 2 to 5 minutes and then repeat for as many circuits as your schedule allows!

Moves: Side Lunges - 10x per leg Sumo Squats - 10x Cursty Lunges - 10x per leg
